It’s hard to get your feet in the door into the literary world, but with some help, it is more than doable.
Meg is well-versed with the rules for publication, how to write killer queries, and what editors really want. She can help with:
- editing pieces for publication
- suggesting publishers/agents/magazines that are right for your niche (a tailored list of places to go to just for you)
- helping you figure out where to go next with your writing
- helping you construct an effective query letter
Meg is also available for speaking events at writing conferences. She is especially versed in beginner’s publication strategies and writing effective poetry. To talk about what option’s best for your needs, feel free to message me through facebook; with your thoughts.
Have a manuscript you would like a second pair of eyes on? Or maybe just a couple of poems you’d like to spruce up for publication? You are at the right place! Meg has been published in over a hundred lit mags, and has worked with editors and agents. She can edit fiction, poetry, or even cover and query letters. For poetry and cover/query letters, the rate is only $5 per page. If you have a full length poetry manuscript for editing, it will be less than this per page–please inquire for total price. My edits may also include recommendations of agents, presses, or literary magazines to submit to.
For fiction, please inquire regarding your specific project, including a word count.
